Our vetting process is extremely rigorous. On average, only about 3% of applicants make it through all 6 stages to join our network.
Does the vetting process include coding?
Yes. Candidates undergo a technical phone screen that may include live coding, followed by a comprehensive take-home technical assessment relevant to their specific role (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, or DevOps).
Do you assess soft skills?
Absolutely. Technical skills are not enough. We have a dedicated stage to evaluate communication, collaboration, and growth mindset to ensure cultural fit.
