Our team conducts technical interviews and vetting, just like with all our candidates.

They Get Placed

Once your referral accepts a position and completes their probation period, you're eligible.

Get Paid

Receive your referral bonus via check, direct deposit, or Venmo/PayPal within 30 days.

Payout Terms

Bonus is paid after the candidate completes 90 days in their new position
For contract roles, 90 days of active billable work is required

Referral Program FAQs

When do I get paid?

Referral bonuses are paid out 90 days after your referred candidate starts their new job, provided they are still employed and in good standing.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

No! There is no cap on referrals. The more great engineers you refer who get hired, the more you earn.

Can I refer myself?

Nice try! But no, you cannot refer yourself. However, if you get hired, you'll get a great job, which is a reward in itself.

What if they are already in your database?

If the candidate is already in our active database or has applied in the last 6 months, they are not eligible for a referral bonus. We will let you know immediately if this is the case.
