What is your fee structure?

We work on a contingency basis for direct hires, meaning you only pay if you hire a candidate we present. For contract roles, we agree on an hourly bill rate that includes our margin.

How do you vet candidates?

Our vetting process includes a resume screen, technical phone screen, coding assessment, and a final review by a senior engineer. We verify technical skills, communication ability, and cultural fit.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes. We offer a 90-day replacement guarantee for direct hires. If a candidate leaves or is terminated within the first 90 days, we will replace them at no additional cost.

How quickly can you fill a role?
