How does billing work for different models?
For Staff Augmentation and Contract roles, we bill on a time-and-materials basis (hourly or monthly) with net-30 terms. For Direct Hire placements, a one-time placement fee is invoiced upon the candidate's successful start date, backed by our guarantee period.
Do you handle payroll and benefits for contract roles?
Yes, for all Contract and Staff Augmentation engagements, OneCubeStaffing acts as the employer of record. We handle all payroll, taxes, insurance, and benefits, reducing your administrative burden and compliance risk.
What is the minimum contract duration?
We are flexible, but typically we recommend a minimum engagement of 3 months for Staff Augmentation to ensure meaningful productivity. However, we can accommodate shorter sprints or indefinite long-term contracts based on your needs.
