For most standard technical roles, we can present pre-vetted candidates within 24-48 hours. For highly specialized or leadership positions, our targeted search process typically yields initial candidates within 3-5 business days.
What is your vetting process?
Our rigorous 4-step vetting process includes a resume screen, a behavioral interview to assess culture fit, a deep-dive technical assessment (coding challenges or system design), and reference checks. We ensure every candidate is technically proficient and ready to contribute immediately.
What happens if a candidate doesn't work out?
We offer a replacement guarantee. If a candidate leaves or is terminated for performance reasons within the guarantee period (typically 90 days for direct hires), we will find a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Do you offer a trial period?
Yes, for contract and contract-to-hire engagements, the first week serves as a risk-free trial period. If you are not satisfied with the consultant's performance during this time, you will not be billed for those hours.
