1. General Terms (All Users)

  • Platform Availability: We do not guarantee 100% uptime of the platform.
  • Intellectual Property (Site): OneCubeStaffing owns the branding, logo, and platform code.
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms with notice.

2. Candidate Terms (B2C)

Truthfulness

User warrants that all resume info and code test submissions are their own work.

IP Ownership of Vetting Tests

Candidate retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in code written during assessments. Candidate grants OneCubeStaffing and the prospective Employer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review, run, and test the code for the sole purpose of evaluating technical skills.

"No-Ghost" Policy (Code of Conduct)

Professional Conduct: OneCubeStaffing maintains a strict non-ghosting policy. Candidates agree to provide timely responses (within X business days) to interview requests or offers, or to formally withdraw from the process. Repeated failure to communicate may result in suspension from our platform.

3. Employer Terms (B2B)

Placement Fees & Payment

Placement fees are due Net 30 days from the candidate start date.

The "Guarantee" (Refund/Replacement)

If a Candidate leaves or is terminated for cause within 90 days, Agency will provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost. If no replacement is found, a pro-rated refund applies.

Non-Circumvention

If Employer hires a Candidate introduced by OneCubeStaffing within 12 months of the introduction, the full placement fee is due.

Liability Limitation

OneCubeStaffing vets candidates to the best of its ability but does not guarantee their performance. We are not liable for any actions, errors, or omissions committed by the Candidate during their employment.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the placement fee structure?

Our standard placement fee is a percentage of the candidate's first-year annual base salary, payable only if you hire a candidate we present. The specific percentage is detailed in your signed Client Agreement.

What is the replacement guarantee?

We offer a 90-day replacement guarantee. If a candidate leaves or is terminated for cause within the first 90 days of employment, we will find a replacement candidate at no additional cost. If we cannot find a replacement, a pro-rated refund may apply.

What happens if a candidate ghosts?

We have a strict "No-Ghost" policy. If a candidate fails to communicate or show up for interviews without valid reason, they may be suspended from our platform. We value professional conduct and transparency from all parties.
